Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-11

1. This site

nowandhere.pages.dev is a static page introducing the Now&Here channel. It has no sign-up, forms, cookies or visitor tracking, and collects no personal information from visitors. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may process access logs to operate its service under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

2. NowAndHere Analytics (Google API use)

NowAndHere Analytics is an internal tool the Now&Here operator uses to view statistics for their own channel. It is not offered to the public.

Data accessed — public information and analytics (views, watch time, traffic sources, subscriber counts, etc.) for the operator's own YouTube channel, as authorized through Google sign-in. Scopes are read-only (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly); the tool never uploads, edits or deletes anything.
Use — only to prepare the operator's channel reports.
Storage — data and sign-in tokens are stored only on the operator's computer and are never sent to an external server, sold or shared with third parties.
Revoking access — access can be revoked at any time at Google Account → Third-party access; local tokens and data are then deleted.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
